Dear Mr. Weiss, I must follow the previous speakers. Price-performance score 1 and when I think of my experiences with regard to my walking attempts "furniture classics by low-cost suppliers" from China, I am sick. The models purchased - provided they were delivered - could be disposed of as they arrived. Cheap was still too expensive. My more investment in furniture "made in Italy" has paid off. I nevertheless saved compared to the specialist trade. Good that I could find you. Your competence, reliability, handling and quality are exemplary.

Dear Mr. Weiss, the customer opinions about you are consistently positive. Thank-you letters from all over Europe and no negative accusation. Also, on various independent portals, e.g. Trustpilot I have found nothing negative. Your digital reputation seems to be immaculate, which can only be confirmed by a timely delivery of the promised quality. We can't decide between the LC2 and LC3 versions. What is actually the difference besides the greater length? We also ask for information about the quality and appearance difference between high-class leather and premium leather. Dear Mr. Weiss, After I like to use the Model EA 119 G for a few months now, I would like to give you a feedback. Possibly you want to use it for your quality control. The positive first:
The chair meets my expectations and I like it a lot. The delivery went very well, the driver was very friendly and helpful. The packaging was perfect.
The chair is very good from the mechanics, the materials and from the authenticity point of view.
Some small details remove him from the top score. I would like to tell you this. They are not as serious as I would like to make claims about.
- The frame is slightly skewed. I put on a water scale and made pictures of the dragonfly (bubble) in two rotation positions to make this clear.
- Final check a little bit cursory. There are still threads in three places, a strip of leather in one place. I cut off the threads, the leather I prefer to leave it as it is. Best regards.

Where there is light, there is also shadow. Very positively to note are the core messages about quality, appearance of the goods (model LC4 resting), delivery time and also the somewhat dry spedition. In the forwarding business, there is certainly a need for improvement, but the product itself, your day-to-day competence balances all out. Grade 1 to 2. Additional purchase as well as recommendation is safe!
